Character Loop

I first started drawing ideas of my character on paper when creating the character loop. I got influences from images online and graffiti books for my drawings. My favourite was a toaster with toast popping in and out...the toast has a mouth which changes as he moves in and out of the toaster. Despite this I decided to use an image of a round person who would move around using his arms and legs and tounge.

After making my mind up on the design of my character, I started to draw the frames in the frames in the flipbook we were given. Once I finished this i scanned the fames into the computar i put them into photoshop and lined up all the frames in the same photoshop page. This was the first time i got to see my creation animated, the next stage was to export the animation from photoshop into quicktime and import into final cut where i copied and pasted the clip around 6 times so it was on a loop.
