Drawing and creating the background

Once I had drawn and chosen what movement I want my character to have I started to draw the background for my character. The movement I chose was a fast run, I created 5 different movements for my character adjusting the position of its arms and legs to make it look as if it is running fast. 

After creating a background for my zombie to run on I started to make it in photoshop with 5 different layers

Zombie horror animation

For this lesson we got into groups and chose the film 'Plaque of the Zombies' We each had the challange of creating our zombie characters from scratch. I had quite a few idea's, I found it hard to draw the side and back angle of my character and ended up drawing a more human zombie as the original looked very cartoony. I also chose my more human zombie no one else in my group had drawn a cartoon like zombie so it wouldn't have fit into the animation as well.
